CosDoc provides an online platform for the sharing of knowledge, expertise, experiences, and research findings within aesthetic medicine. This event is open to all cosmetic medical practitioners and their colleagues / associates, including registered nurses, practice managers and staff, dermal therapists and other industry-relevant stakeholders.
CosDoc2026 will deliver over 14 hours of CPD content, with up to four (4) live and interactive panel discussions and Q&A sessions, featuring Key Opinion Leaders and event presenters, and recorded content will be available for viewing by all delegates for at least 90 days.

Dr Ellen Selkon is a dedicated medical professional and partner at Clinic42, Auckland, New Zealand. where she brings expertise in using a combination of cosmetic medicine treatments to enhance and rejuvenate the face and body. After completing her medical degree, she pursued further specialisation in cosmetic medicine, where she has earned a reputation for excellence with over 20 years’ injecting experience.
Ellen serves as a national and international trainer for Cosmetic Medicine products. She believes in staying up to date in this ever-changing field of cosmetic medicine and for this reason regularly attends and presents at conferences and workshops nationally and internationally.
She currently serves as Treasurer of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine which she has done for the past 12 years.
Dr Ellen is often used as a spokesperson by media outlets for insight into the latest trends, techniques, and innovation in the world of Cosmetic Medicine. Out of work Dr Ellen is a keen wildlife photographer and enjoys exploring the corners of our planet.

Dr. David Kosenko, MBBS, FRACGP, FCPCA, FACCSM (Med), is the Head of Medical and Clinical Training for Australia and New Zealand at Dermocosmètica and serves as the President of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA). He is also the founder and owner of Impress Cosmetic Medicine in Melbourne, where he has been performing a broad range of office-based cosmetic procedures for over 17 years.
A graduate of Monash University (1987), Dr. Kosenko brings decades of experience to his work, having also co-owned a prominent general practice for more than 30 years. His clinical interests include menopause, skin cancer medicine, and dermatology.
Dr. Kosenko is deeply committed to medical education and has regularly taught medical students, nurses, general practice registrars, and cosmetic physicians. He has presented at leading conferences, including the Non-Surgical Symposium, ASCD, Aesthetics, Cosmedicon, and CosDoc, and is an active participant in industry workshops.
Dr. Kosenko is passionate about promoting best practices, ethical standards, and patient safety within the healthcare sector.

He has 30 years of experience in both fields but now concentrates on his Cosmetic Medical Practice in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney as the owner and founder of Lookfresh.His first foray into cosmetic medicine was in 1992 when he worked in the first laser tattoo removal clinic in Bondi Junction and later, he introduced laser hair removal to the Australian public in 1996 at his practice in Parramatta, Laseaway.

Dr Keturah Hoffman has been active in medical politics since the 1990s, being the Inaugural president of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia (CPSA), an advisor to the Medical Board of Western Australia, and a Founding Fellow and board member of the Australasian College of Phlebology.
Dr Hoffman also ran multiple cosmetic medical conferences and served on the board of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA) (formerly CPSA) for over a decade. She has over 30 years’ experience in cosmetic and vascular medicine and continues to maintain an active teaching and administrative role in the specialty.
Her experience in running Day Spas and formulating and manufacturing skincare products as well as medical politics and health administration brings a wide range of contacts and skills in business and people management, and she continues to have a keen interest in improving regulation and delivery of medical services in Australia.
Dr Hoffman has held the position of Membership Liaison Officer, Education Officer, and Western Australian State Representative since 2018, as well as serving on the Education Committee of the CPCA.
She is also the course coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Medicine, and unit coordinator for the Cosmetic Nursing Injectables unit at the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS) as well as the Head of Cosmetic Medicine for the Aspire MediSpa teaching clinics.

Dr Ricky Sia is very passionate about advancing the calibre of Cosmetic Medicine in Australia and values lifelong learning, regularly attending expert workshops to continue his professional development. He works primarily in advanced facial rejuvenation especially with injectable treatments, and he enjoys teaching and sharing of clinical pearls. Dr Sia is a trainer for MINT threadlift and has recently joined the teaching taskforce of Merz Aesthetics to train cosmetic injectors in ethical administration of cosmetic injectables.

Dr Niki takes pride in her reputation for enhancing beauty and delivering natural results. Dr Niki has trained with both local and international experts to perfect her craft and is passionate about using medical techniques to restore youth and beauty to her clients. Her approach focuses on showcasing the individuality of every client, and she works closely with clients to understand and deliver an outstanding result that highlights individual beauty. Dr Niki is also a Paediatric Trauma Consultant at two major Children’s Hospitals in Melbourne. She is one of the senior consultants, and when she is not working in her medical aesthetic clinic, she is busy managing some of the sickest children in Melbourne.

Dr. Mandana Arshi is an experienced Medical Practitioner with special interest in Aesthetic Medicine. With over two decades of experience in general practice. In 2011, she embarked on her career as an Aesthetic Physician in Brisbane. She also successfully completed her PhD degree at the University of Queensland.
Dr. Arshi is committed to utilising an evidence-based approach in her aesthetic treatments and consistently stays updated with the latest advancements in the field of aesthetic medicine. She ensures she attends the professional gathering in aesthetic medicine regularly and reads recent relevant journal articles. She is a Fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia(CPCA), a member of the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine(ACAM) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
