Dr Ellen Selkon is a dedicated medical professional and partner at Clinic42, Auckland, New Zealand. where she brings expertise in using a combination of cosmetic medicine treatments to enhance and rejuvenate the face and body. After completing her medical degree, she pursued further specialisation in cosmetic medicine, where she has earned a reputation for excellence with over 20 years’ injecting experience.
Ellen serves as a national and international trainer for Cosmetic Medicine products. She believes in staying up to date in this ever-changing field of cosmetic medicine and for this reason regularly attends and presents at conferences and workshops nationally and internationally.
She currently serves as Treasurer of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine which she has done for the past 12 years.

Dr Ellen is often used as a spokesperson by media outlets for insight into the latest trends, techniques, and innovation in the world of Cosmetic Medicine. Out of work Dr Ellen is a keen wildlife photographer and enjoys exploring the corners of our planet.

Valerie Johnston is the founder of STI Consulting, an independent business focusing on clinical training of anti-aging and therapeutic skincare. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and also a licensed medical esthetician, Valerie is committed to the science and clinical proof behind treatment options that heal and restore damaged skin. Early on, her experience in dermatology and plastic surgery clinics allowed her to gain clinical and practical knowledge of aesthetic and therapeutic skincare treatments. She then transitioned into pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical product sales and training. Now with a focus on medical skincare education, she brings over 20 years of experience in topical solutions to improve skin health and beauty.

Dr. David Kosenko, MBBS, FRACGP, FCPCA, FACCSM (Med), is the Head of Medical and Clinical Training for Australia and New Zealand at Dermocosmètica and serves as the President of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA). He is also the founder and owner of Impress Cosmetic Medicine in Melbourne, where he has been performing a broad range of office-based cosmetic procedures for over 17 years.

A graduate of Monash University (1987), Dr. Kosenko brings decades of experience to his work, having also co-owned a prominent general practice for more than 30 years. His clinical interests include menopause, skin cancer medicine, and dermatology.

Dr. Kosenko is deeply committed to medical education and has regularly taught medical students, nurses, general practice registrars, and cosmetic physicians. He has presented at leading conferences, including the Non-Surgical Symposium, ASCD, Aesthetics, Cosmedicon, and CosDoc, and is an active participant in industry workshops.

Dr. Kosenko is passionate about promoting best practices, ethical standards, and patient safety within the healthcare sector.

Dr Simone Doreian is a cosmetic physician (MBBS Hons, FRACGP, FCPCA, FACAM, DRANZCOG) and international lecturer in aesthetic medicine. She is recognised for her expertise in anatomy-based injectables, lip and perioral aesthetics, and serves as a faculty trainer and key opinion leader for global industry education initiatives.

Dr Jeannie Devereaux holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical and Biological Sciences, Bachelor of Dermal Science, a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with 1st Class Honours. She has over 25 years of professional experience spanning both corporate and clinical domains, with recognised expertise in Regenerative Medicine across Dermatology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Gynaecology, and Orthopaedics.

Since 2006, Dr Jeannie Devereaux has been at the forefront of Regenerative Medicine in Australia, pioneering the clinical adoption of cellular therapy modalities including platelet-rich plasma, bone marrow concentrate, adipose tissue grafting, and stromal vascular fraction. Her work has been instrumental in establishing advanced Regenerative Medicine Centres and in facilitating the integration of innovative medical technologies into diverse clinical practices.

Dr Isabella is an aesthetic physician with a focus on patient collaboration to develop transparent treatment plans that address both the internal and external age related changes. She has completed her first year basic physicians training and is a member of the Australian Menopause Society and enjoys balancing changes within patients metabolic and endocrine systems. Alongside internal optimisation, Dr Isabella implements minimally invasive procedures to maintain her patient’s appearances with a focus on balancing collagen regeneration, hyaluronic acid replenishment, facial adiposity distribution and expressive muscle imbalances. Dr Isabella’s approach is patient centred with a focus on transparency, patient comfortability, and satisfaction.

Dr Tom Parmakellis is a Cosmetic Physician and Family Physician. He is a Fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA), A Fellow of the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM) a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. (FRACGP)

He has 30 years of experience in both fields but now concentrates on his Cosmetic Medical Practice in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney as the owner and founder of Lookfresh.His first foray into cosmetic medicine was in 1992 when he worked in the first laser tattoo removal clinic in Bondi Junction and later, he introduced laser hair removal to the Australian public in 1996 at his practice in Parramatta, Laseaway.

He most recently founded the Enesi Academy, an aesthetic educational provider and distributor of aesthetic devices and products.

Dr. Larissa Miller is a cosmetic physician with over two decades of clinical experience. She is a international trainer and speaker in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine, and has studied extensively across Europe, the USA, Singapore, and Australia, including training at Harvard Medical School and Paris Descartes University.

Dr. Miller’s unique approach combines scientific depth with artistic precision. She is known for delivering natural-looking results, and for her dedication to skin health as the essential foundation for cosmetic outcomes. As the founder of both Vista Clinic and M.A.M.I., she brings her passion for education, innovation, and integrity into every aspect of her work.

Dr Jimmy Wang obtained his medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2011 and later completed the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine. Over his career he has undertaken extensive training in cosmetic medicine, including facial anatomy, the application of injectable treatments, energy based devices and laser therapies. Dr Wang lectures at medical conferences and participates in ongoing professional development. His clinical practice emphasises patient safety and evidence based procedures with realistic expectations.

Dr Nermin has Graduated in 1996 and has had an oveseas qualifications in Obstertircs and Gynecology. She has been practicing medicine with special interest in Stem Cells, Female health and integrative medicine.
Dr. Nermin is practicing cosmetic treatments since 2013. She variety has experience in providing variable services including O-Shot, Female laser intimalase rejuvenation, Ultherapy, Coolsculpt, PRP, injectable fillers biomodulators and anti wrinkle treatments, variable Laser treatments, Radiofrequency, Onda Coolwaves for skin tightening and cellulite treatment as well as Thread lift procedures. She is currently in process of obtaining cosmetic physician fellowship through National Recognised Australian Cosmetic physicians College

Dr Scott Allison is an experienced Cosmetic Physician and international trainer in cosmetic injectables who is dedicated to delivering and developing innovative, non-invasive aesthetic procedures. With over a decade of experience in cosmetic medicine, Dr Allison has worked with a range of ethnicities and gender identities. He believes beauty is subjective, and can only be truly realised through client collaboration grounded in empathy and understanding.

Dr Keturah Hoffman has been active in medical politics since the 1990s, being the Inaugural president of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia (CPSA), an advisor to the Medical Board of Western Australia, and a Founding Fellow and board member of the Australasian College of Phlebology.

Dr Hoffman also ran multiple cosmetic medical conferences and served on the board of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA) (formerly CPSA) for over a decade. She has over 30 years’ experience in cosmetic and vascular medicine and continues to maintain an active teaching and administrative role in the specialty.

Her experience in running Day Spas and formulating and manufacturing skincare products as well as medical politics and health administration brings a wide range of contacts and skills in business and people management, and she continues to have a keen interest in improving regulation and delivery of medical services in Australia.

Dr Hoffman has held the position of Membership Liaison Officer, Education Officer, and Western Australian State Representative since 2018, as well as serving on the Education Committee of the CPCA.

She is also the course coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Medicine, and unit coordinator for the Cosmetic Nursing Injectables unit at the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS) as well as the Head of Cosmetic Medicine for the Aspire MediSpa teaching clinics.

Kylie Fahey is an accomplished CEO with over two decades of experience leading organisations across education, civil construction, mining, and health.
