Responsibilities
Liaise with and support Education Committee, CPD Committee, CPD Consultants and Compliance Officer by fulfilling policy and guideline requirements with regard to CPD Home operations
  • Liaise, interact with Stakeholder Groups
  • Minute meetings. Coordinate ‘governance’ requirements. Administrate MOU/Contracts/Agreements with support groups.
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks and staff.
  • CFO, management accounting and auditor assistance.
  • Manage fund raising, grants & sponsorship.
  • Organise educational events: conferences, short courses, workshops, examinations, CPD meetings.
  • Manage/administrate CPD systems, processes and procedures.
  • Manage annual clinical journal subscriptions.
  • Manage enquiries about training and education opportunities.
  • Manage membership management systems, processes and procedures, records management, membership/subscription drives, telephone and email enquiries, new subscriptions, annual renewals, general communications, surveys, exciting subscribers. Annual reporting, etc

Qualifications
  • Registered BAS Agent
  • FNS40604 Certificate IV in Financial Services (Accounting)
