Roman is a commercially minded individual with experience across a range of industry and government sectors. He has worked as a project and change manager and resolver of disputes commercially and in workplace cases for the supreme court of Queensland. He has also served as chairman of body corporate committees, both residential and commercial, over a period of ten years. He has a vested interest in the perpetuity of the Cosmetic Physicians’ College of Australasia and is very willing to chair its CPD Home Committee.

Dr Keturah Hoffman

Dr Keturah Hoffman
Short Bio
Dr Keturah Hoffman, Registered Medical Practitioner, General Registration Number MED0001546361, is an experienced cosmetic physician of nearly 30 years. She is knowledgeable regarding phlebology and sclerotherapy for leg veins as well as ultrasound and cosmetic chemistry and cosmetic medicine.
As the inaugural president of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia, she is involved in research and teaching as well as medical politics. She has a Fellowship with both the Australasian College of Phlebology (ACP) and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA).
Dr Hoffman teaches at the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science where she is the unit coordinator for Cosmetic Injectables training for nurses, and the Course coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Medicine for doctors. She has a Certificate 4 in Training and Education. Dr Hoffman has been on the board of the CPCA for 5 years and is the liaison officer between CPCA Board and CPD Home committee. She was appointed to the CPD Home committee because of her experience in multiple medical fields and in medical education.

Dr Mary Dingley

Dr Mary Dingley is a cosmetic medicine practitioner with over 3 decades of experience.  She received her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Queensland in 1984 and is a Fellow of both the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia and the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine.

In 1998 Dr Dingley founded her clinic, The Cosmetic Medicine Centre, focusing on minimally invasive cosmetic procedures while maintaining the ethical base which underpins the traditional values of good medicine.

Dr Dingley has pioneered the use of proven new techniques and developed training programmes for other doctors interested in using these systems appropriately, while always maintaining a commitment to deliver a high standard of care for her patients.

Dr Michael Molton

Dr Molton embraces cultural safety in acknowledgement of Australia’s traditional land owners as our First Nations Peoples, elders, past and present and Australia’s broad diverse population. Past President of the CPCA 2018-2022, Dr Michael Molton has practised full-time cosmetic (non-surgical) procedures since 1995. He is a strong advocator of patient safety through appropriate training, continuous professional development, ethics and professionalism.
Dr Molton’s career includes in-person representation to state health departments (NSW Health, SA Health) as Expert and Affirmed Witness during stakeholder consultations (NSW HCCC, Medical Council of NSW) and performed duty as Expert Witness for Ahpra and Expert Opinion, for the ACT Human Rights Commission. Dr Molton is the co-instigator and content contributor of the Graduate Certificate Cosmetic Medicine, AQF Level 8 Australian Government accredited training program.
Dr Molton is currently undertaking further education as Certificate IV Trainer/Assessor in Units of Competency of non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Dr Molton is co-author of multiple Journal Articles, including topics on Body Dysmorphic Disorder, risks and complications of cosmetic injectables, machine-learning technology 3D patient assessment and is a past research assistant University of Western Australia Computer Science Department.

Paul has worked in cosmetic medicine since 1996. Some of his professional experience includes:  A speaker  on Botox and Microdermabrasion at the CPCA conference Adelaide in 1999 and for the Appearance Medicine Society on Laser Hair Removal and Microdermabrasion the same year. Speaker / Demonstrator Advanced Botox uses CPCA Conference Melbourne 2000 and the Australian Cosmetic Nurse Association Conference, Sydney 2000. Expert Panel Allergan Asia-Pacific Region Advanced Botox Training Techniques Design, Bangkok 2001 and Appointed National Trainer Botox, Allergan Australia 2001. National Executive Committee for the  Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australia and Victorian Representative for the CPSA 2001-2004. He was a speaker on dermal fillers at the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery Conference in 2014 and has been a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons since 2007. Appointed to National Board Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia 2015. Paul has been an examiner for the CPCA.

Paul’s practice is devoted now to hair restoration procedures both surgical and non-surgical. in Melbourne.

Paul designed the current CPCA member portal “Wizard”  for CPD entry in 2018 and served on the Board of the CPCA being the Secretary in 2018. Paul continues on the CPD committee currently.
