The CPCA 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled for 21 November 2021. The time frame is expected to be late afternoon onwards, depending on the state. At minimum, this will be an online event (duration approximately 1 hour). All membership levels (other than Corporate Members) are entitled to attend the AGM. Corresponding Members do not have voting rights, whereas financial Full Members and Fellows are entitled to vote to approve and accept the year’s conducted College business and to pass or decline any motions that may arise. This is not a Board election year, however, some constitutional changes may be on the agenda.
An annual report containing the minutes of the last AGM (2020), the current AGM agenda and the 2020/21 financial reports will be presented to the members in the weeks leading up to the AGM, allowing members to bring themselves up to date on the College’s financial situation and its progress towards fulfilling targets laid out in the 5-year strategy plan. Financial Members and Fellows will be required to vote to accept these report contents as being an accurate account of events that are acceptable by the membership.
